Anonymous seem to take down whatever site they want, whenever they like. Recently the American FBI was the target, which had the FBI website offline for hours. Anonymous claimed that they had targeted the FBI website because of SOPA. The latest victim to be targeted by Anonymous was CBS, according to the Anonymous twitter feed. Anonymous probably took down the CBS website because of their involvement with the Mega Upload story. CBS restored the website later.
